2021 | Plaza Shades is a ‘place-making’ building system I designed and developed for STREETLIFE, a public furniture design company in Leiden, NL. It's meant to give lanscape designers and architects an easy and ready-to-use interface to create shelter and foster social cohesion in parks and on public squares.

We developed it in-house, prototyping and testing various versions to optimise variability, durability and efficiency. By the end of 2021 the first configuration was produced and it’s currently being sold in markets all over the world. For more information, visit the website of STREETLIFE.
